ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! Our products are made to order. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. WE ARE  NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Orders WILL NOT be reshipped if we have received confirmation of delivery. Please contact your mail/UPS carrier. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DAMAGED, please file a claim with the postal/UPS carrier. We are not responsible for any damages that have occurred during shipping as we have no control over shipment or the handling of the package once it leaves our facility. However if the contents in your package the wrong item or size, please contact us via email at
We accept orders 7 days a week.  Orders are processed Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm EST. Orders received after 5 pm EST. during the week or on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day after the order is placed. Orders are not processed on holidays.  Orders with different bill-to and ship-to addresses, may require additional authorization. Special orders, personalization, customizations, and bulk orders will take longer. Customers will be given frequent status updates regarding these products.
